[Dollarama] Dollarama Deals (Oct 18, 2020)

Retailer:
Dollarama
More offers from Dollarama
As seen at the Landsdowne mall location in Vancouver, BC.

These are the non-Dollarama branded products (ie. The hidden gems).

The Voltax 900 lumen light IS a Dollarama product. There was a separate thread I think posted about it but I figured I'd add it to let others know there is stock at this location.

The Arm and Hammer dog shampoo is also a "made for Dollarama" product but I thought that was worth adding in. I might try it for my dog next time I run out.

I've taken the suggestion to date my post instead of doing different versions so you know how current it is.

These products may not be restocked and are probably not typically carried.

Halloween merchandise looked barely touched. Guess people don't really need thia stuff with Covid.

Christmas stock is also on the floor now. There were 2 full aisles taken up by seasonal decor.

The Starter shirts look decent, I've seen them in store a few times already. Stretchy material good for wearing under a hockey jersey.

Bought two and can confirm. Good as a wicking base layer, UV rash guard when working out in the yard or going outdoors, normal size would feel like a cross between compression/fitted so go up one size if you want a looser fit, great for biking.

EDIT:

The problem with Dollarama is right now they have signs everywhere telling you, you can not try any clothing items on due to covid. That is a problem because one will not know if things will pinch or not without trying things on. Couple that with the no refund and *no exchange and I don't think stuff will move unless you have history with the product already and know how it fits. So that means you'll probably be out $4 to $8 just to find your fit. If you're in for the long run then that $4 to $8 would be ok if you buy up many for your use but not everyone wants to pay to find thier size.

*Note:
I can only speak for Ontario so check your provincial laws. While any store saying no refunds if they operate in a province with consumer rights they have to provide an exchange if the item is not of merchantable quality and adhere to those laws.

I don't know if it's just our local Dollarama but whenever I see something on RFD and go to the store I can never find it. I've given up on the store for this reason. A couple of interesting items in the pics though.

Just showing Dollarama carries several types of gift cards. Someone had asked about gift cards a while back.

Bought the starter long sleeve on a whim for the hubby, he actually really likes it. Large fits perfectly, he’s about 5’10, 165-170lbs.

Regular price. There was an AMEX promo for spend xx get X back at Dollarama recently which is about the only way I would have been able to spend that much at Dollarama in one trip.

Health Canada is probing fake hand sanitizer sold at Dollarama. It's the Daily Shield brand, so if you have any you best throw it out.

In a press release Sunday, the agency said Bio Life Sciences Corp., which makes Daily Shield hand sanitizer, had reported a particular lot of the product — Lot 6942, Expiry date May 2023 — was counterfeit.

My finds, Toronto

Saw the Benylin, 2 for $10 at Shoppers so $4 is good
And "The Child" Star Wars eraser is really cool and well made, we play with it as a toy (my 2 year old).

I know some years RFD goes crazy for the chocolates at Dollarama, so I was just capturing what I saw lately.

There's a new block of Toys / gifts, lots of compact stuff.

For myself personally, I see different items at different Dollaramas and my photos are usually a collection of multiple stores (not sure about OP).
While you can't find a specific item, it may take 2 or 3 stores or maybe you'll find SOME of the items but not all of them

No two Dollaramas are alike!

Agreed, in my area are two Dollarama about 5 minutes apart and they carry different items.

I've found more gems at the less popular/less busy locations.

I treat these threads like the new Wishbook. Browse, update the list for next trip, and keep an eye out. (Monster LEDs)

My photos are from one specific location whenever I post and it will be listed in the post. But yes, you're right in that no Dollaramas have the same products for sale. Product choice and availability vary widely. I usually go to the Landsdowne location just because it's closest to me.
