[Dollarama] Everyday Living CFL bulb 42w (150w equivalent) - $3

No coupon required. Regular price, but a good deal nevertheless, as most places sell these for $20+

Found at Dollarama at Maple, not sure about other locations

2700K soft white
2700 lumens

Package does not state that it's dimmable.
Yes, it's not LED, for the picky ones. This is a deal based on price, not as much on tech.

Because you can't find LEDs of this power in this price range. Not even after sales AND coupons.

I bought one of these and it's absolutely huge in size. Doesn't fit in most of my fixtures. Also it take a very long time to warm up to full brightness (probably a good 2-3 minutes even in a warm room).

I bought 4 of these. One was bright white light which was great for my workshop. It suddenly "died" after 2 days of use. I let it cool and tried it again and it worked fine. Not sure what's happening with it. The other 3 were soft white "yellowish" light and seem to be working fine. For the brightness and price, they're worth a shot.
