All these tests can show is if you have more than 50 ng/ml. They can't show how much THC is actually in your system. Also note that 50 ng is a very low threshold and may show up for a week or even longer, long long after any measurable effect on the person.
IE this might be useful to check if your underage kid is smoking at all, but it's useless to tell if someone is high at the current time.
