Interestingly I saw these yesterday but with no alcohol % on the packaging. As per Dollarama staff and even a previous thread here on RFD, it wasn't true sanitizer.
If it's 70% then that's great. But I would still search against the Health Canada database for sanitizers they've approved.

Note: they also sell Pur hand "cleaner", that looks almost the same unless you read the label. The hand cleaner doesn't list the % alcohol, so it's probably almost nothing. Read the label and don't just quickly grab a package of Pur. I won't be surprised if the staff just mixes them up on the shelves, too.

And there is a label on the front that says "70% Ethyl Alcohol", like OP's picture.

This stuff really smells bad. I find the LiveFree brand sold at staples and sdm have 0 scent
