Saw this at the Brampton Hwy 10 and Vodden location. Amazon review score is poor complaining about short range or no batteries. A little less than half say it's good and the other half gives one star. Perhaps this accounts for the large discount from $21 US Youtube videos are favourable. Maybe worth a try.
I got one last week, app on ios, worked well enough on weber kettle to get exit air temps, range is poor, but weber was outside, I was in the kitchen and it still connected fine. Maybe 6-7 Meters. worked fine for my use. Coin cell battery probably should be changed sooner than later though.
