Even if this were possible (I question your price estimate), such a power bank is MUCH bigger and heavier. Not pocket sized. They are two different products for different purposes.

Save your money and don't buy this junk, it'll probably fry your phone or what else you're trying to charge. You can't do much with 2200 mAh anyways.

Tzumi Pocket Juice 20,000mah were ~$29 at staples last time I was there. I initially bought one for travelling and my girlfriend loved it so a couple months later I went back and bought another. That was last fall.

Costco even has 12,000mah for ~$24 which would make more sense to me.

The last battery pack I bought off dollarama, I bench tested it, and it charges/discharges like a turtle.
The capacity was also half of what was listed.
