[Dollarama] YMMV: Hot?? 2lb weights for CAD3.5

Had been trying to find a decent set of weights to complement home workouts and was not able to find any in the market. These ones seem solid for the price.

2lb for CAD3.5.

Picked up @ Lawrence and Markham DR in Scarborough. Lots remaining as of this evening!

I just use chunks of scrap steel I find at my work. Costs me free-fiddy.

Lol product tag says triceps, biceps and pecs...

Not sure how 2lbs will get rid of my man boobs and bat wings.

Personally I think exercising with a dumbbell that's less than 5 lbs is useless if not detrimental, even for smaller women. The trade off in form / technique isn't worth the added 2 lbs resistance for most exercises.

Do 1,000 sets of 10,000 reps. You'll be looking like Arnie in no time.

For some reason, the picture of the dumbell in the OP makes me laugh.

I know everyone is laughing at 2lbs, but this would go well with a spin bike (Echelon Connect Sport for example). The Bowflex/Schwinn came with 3lbs for example.

Not saying this is a good or bad price, just that those lower weights are great when used with another form of exercise, they are not really meant to be used on their own as a form of weight lifting... Flexed Biceps

Hint of advice if you are posting a deal and then asking if the deal is hot it probably isn't.

Rule of thumb for dumbbells and free weights is $1/pound.

Or 20 threads per dumbbell.
