This has been around forever at my local Dominos. These "minimum of 2" deals make ZERO sense to me.
My family is small and 1 pizza is enough for us. They would sell a lot more pizzas if smaller families like mine took advantage of the offer more often. We do not because left over pizza is not nearly as good.

They always had that one topping extra large pizza for something like $10.

$8 for 2 topping medium pizza doesn't sound like a really bargain.

When figuring this out, don’t forget your grade 6 math.

A (medium) 25 cm pizza has an area of about 1963 sq cm.

A (large) 35 cm pizza has an area of about 3849 sq cm.

Yes, a less than 50% increase in diameter yields ~100% increase in size.

LOL.

He's not wrong though, I can eat an entire large/XL in one day as well. A medium is just a really good dinner.

Whaaa? Leftover pizza is the best. Crisp it in a cast iron skillet.

As to the special, it's very likely a margin thing. Not worth it for Domino's.

There is not a 10cm difference in size between a dominoes med and large. Medium is 12" and large is 14", so it's more like 5cm.

Med = 113 sq in
Lrg = 154 sq in

Large is 36% bigger

Their pan pizza is REALLY greasy at my location. I like dominos regular pizza because there is barely any grease on the bottom of the box.
