Deny a hockey legend? The guy on the commercial is not Don Cherry. Period.

He is in disguise while burying the hockey stick so as not to bring attention to what he is doing. That is why he is looking around, to make sure no one is looking. That is why he is not wearing a loud and tacky suit, and that is why he is wearing a Penguins cap.

This is Don Cherry's attempt to uncancel himself.

How are you so sure? you were the one asking a question because you didn't know. now you know? secondly, Don Cherry doesn't decide if he is going to be in a commercial, its up to Tim Horton's and i dont think so, they have a positive image to maintain and i doubt cherry would help them, he would probably hurt them more than anything. Cherry is done, he should just enjoy retirement, no need for him to uncancel himself.
