Just saw this... Looks like Uber Eats has gone? Perhaps a replacement?

A lot of people didn't receive theirs after ordering. Costco says it was a 'glitch'. What's weird is they never contacted those who were affected, so some people may have forgotten about the purchase... You only get it if you call them about it and they resend it to you.

This is a good promo, but DoorDash has stopped providing me with other promos to really take advantage, unlike UE. There’s no doubt that DoorDash has a better selection of restaurants though.

I did. They said they sent it again. Never showed up.
I ordered two on separate orders, first one arrived immediately. Second one still outstanding.

I only nabbed one UE code and got the E-gift card 10-15 mins after email confirmation. DD I just got it within 5 mins. Contemplating on grabbing one more to have some variety and camp the inevitable promos as UE + DD go to war with each other for our $$$ :>

Didn't get the UE code for a week, used Costco's online contact form (Customer Service > Email Us), got a reply within a couple hours. Checked email, nothing, replied back, got the code within half an hour just now. Seems less painful than calling, and they were polite too.

Want to share my experience for eGC with costco.
~10 days ago I "renewed" the executive membership for their $120 offer (the $250 - $120 code). When I sign up, the reactivation offer page took me to new sign up page where it states renewal should go to a different link. I didn't go to the renewal page because the promo code provided in the reactivation offer only works on the new sign up page.
Anyway I got the executive membership, and went a head to purchase the 20% off Uber GC. Order was canceled a couple hours after placing it. Called customer service and told new membership needs a couple days to take effect.
2 days later when the Uber GC restocked, put an order again and got cancelled again. Called customer service and told need to get the membership verified. So I submitted the online form to verify the membership, and got verified a couple days later.
Since then the Uber GC has never restocked so it kinds of sucks because I purchased the executive membership to order the Uber GC.
Today the doordash GC came so I put an order for it, surely enough the order was cancelled a hour later. Furiously I called customer service and was told it was cancelled because shipping/billing addresses aren't the same (WTF?)
I then put another order with shipping/billing the same and the order was cancelled minutes after. Called customer service again and was put on hold for half an hour, cancellation department eventually said I either go to the store to verify the new membership or cancel the new membership and renew the old one.
I thought enough is enough I will just freaking cancel the stupid membership, got transferred to another CSR. The CSR first said I can't cancel because the transaction for purchasing the membership is still pending, I said that's not possible as I purchased like 10 days ago and the transaction has already posted on my credit card. Asked the CSR to speak with his manager, and he came back saying yes I can cancel, the refund would be $120 + $6 tax (mind you, I'm in Ontario where HST is 13%). I said no that's not right, the tax amount is wrong, and went back and forth with the CSR for another 20 minutes until he came for his manager again to get the problem solved.

Overall I spent maybe 3 hours on the phone with CSR just trying to get the discounted Uber/Doordash GC, but eventually ended up with nothing.
What a terrible experience from Costco, and their CSRs feel like morons. I still remember two years ago I called costco customer support and met with a CSR with really impressive sharp mind, but I guess no more. Neutral FaceConfused Face
