Door dent

Hi,
I've got about a quarter size dent on the driver side, and got quoted for over $200. Is that a reasonable price? Also has anyone heard of, "dent doctorx", and what do you guys think of their work? Any other reputable and professional shop recommended?

So, $200 is extreme side charge. So average price to fix a quarter size dent is $85 and what reputable auto shop charges this?

I used Auto dent 2x (Yonge & Steeles area). Good result.

I don't know about now though since that was 5+ yrs ago.

I say shop around as there are so many places & mobile units that do this kind of job.

$85 per dent charge was the norm (back then anyway).

Even with inflation, I would imagine right around $100 would be fair nowadays. over $200 would be excessive.

Here in Ottawa at some reliable shops, it's around $100 for dent repair only.
If you're looking to include scratch removal and polish, it's $199/hr.

Please post ....before and after pics of their dent fix?

I recall seeing something very recently re dent fix using a "balloon".

Idea seems good to me. Reviews aren't great...perhaps bad execution? or too high expectations?
