Double charge from EB Games online order?
Hey guys, before I go through the painful effort of waiting on hold to speak with someone at my bank (currently an hour wait), want to make sure that I am not missing something here.
Ordered a game from EBgames.ca on April 13th, was charged for said game. Game was delivered last Friday, April 17th.
Just checked my online banking, EB charged me again, on April 22nd, for the exact same amount. I have no other orders with EB, and checked my account on their website to make sure.
Originally I thought maybe the first charge from April 13th was a hold, but that was 9 business days ago, and a hold should be long gone by now.
So, what are your thoughts, have I been double charged?
