Double oven, only one oven working now.

Really dread the thought of getting another stove, nothing lasts that long anymore.

Our 7 year old Frigidaire Gallery Freestanding Electric Double Oven Range is acting up
Only the lower oven is functional. The upper oven gives no heat at all. It has stopped functioning completely.

Everything else works on the stove.

I exchanged the elements from both ovens and nothing changed so I know it is not the element.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

In the old days, there would be a circuit diagram to help you diagnose.

There is one on the back of the range. How do I go about it? diagnose the issue.

Follow the diagram (post a close up picture and we may be able to help) which does assume you have a basic understanding of symbols and electrical flow (fluid will do). You know it isn't the element. A multimeter and a non-inductive voltage tester will help. Be aware volatge is 240 and rather high amperage. Shut off all power except to test for voltage.

I tried to snapshot a picture of the diagram but it comes out blurry.

This is where I got it from https://www.appliancepartshq.ca/lookup/217085#1475263

Mine is a Frigidaire gallery double oven model # CGEF306TMFA.

I am useless for things electric. I have a testing kit but so out of my depth.

Thanks for any help offered.
