Ductless Range Hood

I have a bungalow house with under cabinet wall being an interior house wall which will be difficult to install a duct to the outside.

Any recommendation on a ductless range hood with charcoal filters? Or are they really useless?

Do you have a gas range or electrical range? If you have gas, you must have a range hood that ventilate to the outside.

Ductless = Useless. Sorry.

May as well have no duct if you're gonna go ductless. Like above poster said it's useless
