Duplicated posts ON and OFF when press refresh button

I tried to post a reply and keep time out, so I post it again. When I refresh, I see it twice on thread. When I re-fresh it again, it disappeared.

EDIT , back to normal now, I tried to delete but it showed:

I remove the content instead.

I saw that happen on one of my posts earlier this morning. Haven't seen it since so hopefully it was just a momentary thing. If you see it happen again please let me know.

There was an issue with one of the databases this morning, so I went in and fixed it. Sorry about that. The attached graph shows the affected times; things should've been wonky between 10:42–10:52 eastern.
