After I fill out the form it keeps telling me that I’ve entered an invalid image code.

Yes because you are using the automatic fill up on Chrome . Type everything in manually

I did use auto-fill on Safari initially, but it still says the same thing when I input all of the information manually.

There was a robot checker at the very bottom. Turn off add blocker

I don’t have an ad blocker installed on my iPhone and it didn’t work whether pop-ups were on or off in the Safari settings...but oh well, I can live without a free planner + stickers. Lol.
