I've signed up in the past and never had any issues. They even convert the USD 15 voucher into Canadian dollars... But you might be right and they've changed their T&Cs... However, I don't recall there being a way for them to detect whether you're a US resident or not, since this is a virtual event and the signup form doesn't require any information about one's address etc

You might want to add DX Summit and the date 'Feb 16th' in your thread title :)

Thanks OP. Got my voucher today and it’s worth $19.05.
Are you able to apply all vouchers on the same account? Can you use them on one order or 3 orders?

Also, if I cancel my pre-order now, do you know if the voucher will be added back to my account as it’s not expired yet?

Where/how are you getting multiple vouchers?

I have two accounts, and one says didn't qualify, but the other did, so I also had $19.05 CAD for lunch.

These vouchers were available after 7PM EST yesterday.

I wouldn't recommend adding more than one voucher per UE account; they will pull it from you, then charge your actual method of payment afterwards!

I only got one voucher. Was just wondering how OP was using their multiple vouchers. So you’ve tried adding multiple vouchers before and being charged after?

The conference is two days long. I wonder if we get a voucher for tomorrow too.

One voucher today, for both days only.

Yes, I've used 2x before, and only after the orders were delivered, did UE retract one saying it was supposed to be one per account, even though it worked at the time I placed my order.

They weren't budging on their decision even after contacting them about how it shouldn't have been accepted in the first place!

My CC simply refunded me the $19 (or whatever it was worth at the time), otherwise I would have had to file a charge back claim.

Good to know. I agree, it shouldn’t have gone through. Your CC company was nice to refund. I remember in the past the vouchers were worth less (like $18.50 or something). Guess it’s based on the current exchange rate. I have two Uber eats accounts, so now I know to use one voucher per account lol.

Got my voucher too.

The spam was annoying but I unsubbed most of them during the one in last October, and the spam died down.

You'd do a chargeback over $19?

No!

I called to complain how a charge can be made against my CC without me authorizing it.

I told them I was just going to suck it up and call it a day, but she put me on hold, then came back saying they were just going to issue a credit for the same amount.

It was a good will gesture on their part.

Cannot apply all the vouchers on one account and stack it all, at least from my experience. I just apply them to different uber accounts. There might be a possibility of applying one voucher on an account, using it on an order and then applying a different voucher on that same account after the initial one is used... But alas, I didn't try that option but may next time to see if we can save the delivery fee :)

I got 3 vouchers... one from a work email and two from private "work" domains that I've registered. so I technically I could have over 11 email accounts but that would just be greedy... Like I said, it works for non-US residents with .com or .ca domains or other work emails... $57 CAD for free and to unsub from some emails, is worth it for us...
