[Dyson] Dyson V11 Torque Drive Cordless Stick Vacuum $649.99

I missed the V11 Absolute deal by minutes from Lowes this morning. Gut-punched. Looking around for other V11 deals and came across these ones. Thought I would pass them along...

Yeah. For less than an hour, using a promo code error, the V11 Absolute could be purchased for $599.99

Yeah I was lucky enough to snatch the V11 Absolute for $599.99 from Lowes.

Lmao I love how BestBuy took out the $50 complementary Dyson kit they were giving out with the V11 when they added this $150 discount.

How can people justify paying $750 for a vacuum?

But they will gladly pay $400 for a refurbished V10 on eBay.

I just got off the phone with Dyson and was able to cancel my v10b refurb recently ordered. It was basically on my doorstep for delivery Monday, but now it's back in Toronto. The package got misdirected and I was able to get it refunded. A blessing really because I've been wanting and waiting for a deal all year on the v11. They were also kind enough to send out some free accessories for my wife's Dyson hairdryer. I love Dyson support!

Well one of the best thing about Dyson is their warranty. Free return shipping, and box.

Because once you buy it, you have it for years. You are paying for good engineering. I bought my Dyson DC33 Animal in 2008 and I JUST replaced it with the V11 Absolute. My DC33 still has decent resell value as well. I can still fetch $200 back from it. This is also the reason why I shelled out $750 on the Vitamix A3500.

#buyitforlife mentality.

I have the DC66 which I paid $254 Christmas time in 2018, I could justify that price.

How long is the warranty on new Dysons nowadays?

Yea, especially when it's wall mounted in a closet. Being cordless has really encourage me to spot clean more. It works well together with a robot vacuum which my Fiancee and I have agreed the best purchase we made in 2018.

No Bum Deals
This is just crazy bonks no matter what they do.
Just a falsely created buzz about spending money because our next door neighbor has it we have to too.
What a crock.
These cost about 10% to design, manufacture, distribute and sell.
Are they cool? Sure. Are they $750 worth of cool? F*ck no.
Slap yourself in the face in the mirror and use your money more wisely.
This is NOT RFD. This is mind altering give them all your cash bullshit.

Dyson appears to be overhyped and overrated. I had been shopping for one, and the more reviews I read the more doubts I have. People complain about the fact you have to hold the power button down to operate, the dust bin is finicky to empty, the overrated runtime, and the non-removable battery. And of course, the high prices!
