I got this same deal (v10 + dok + soft roller) - I straight up referenced others getting the same deal for $479 and she was happy to provide with no hesitation.

It was short and sweet.. but there was hiccups at the beginning. I started with this exact deal, she said animal doesn't come with soft brush attachment. But i keep insisting that my friend (you guys!!) have gotten this deal through the phone not long ago.. and here's the funny part - the line got dropped! not from my end, for sure. so she called back, apologized, and said "i'll throw in the soft brush for you.. and that's it

but i think mentioning that you have a dysan before helps. she was checking my registration and serial number and verified that i do exist in the system.

I called around 9:30 am today and was able to order the V10 Animal + Free Dok + Free Soft Brush rollerhead with 20% off after indicating that I had just returned the V7 Animal and was looking for a better vacuum.

She confirmed I was a past customer and processed everything in about 5 minutes.

I received the email confirmation about 40 minutes later and with all three items listed.

For the people who did not get a deal yet, keep calling until you get the right CSR that knows about the F&F discount (20% discount). Just start by saying something like your friend told you about the deal they got and you want exactly the same.. I was offered the v8 absolute 399+tax or the v10 motorhead with mini motor, softbrush and dok for 479+tax.

Floor dok or docking station?

All my previous orders were cancelled but so weird that I just got the confirmation email. Lol...

I called and asked. The rep said the financial department called my card issuer (Amex) and confirmed it was me, then they overwrote the system and processed the order.

Thank god.

My setup was V10 Animal + Soft roller head + floor dok. I paid $559 plus taxes.

So i bought the v10 absolute for 20% off with free dok on Black Friday, already received the vacuum and still waiting for the dok and free attachment, seeing the v10 animal + soft roller + free dok (essentially same as what I got except for $80 less) makes me regret a bit , wondering if anyone in my boat has tried calling and get the $80 difference refunded?
