e-transfer doesn't work for cross border. I use TD and it does have a way to send funds to other peoples VISA cards as a method of moving funds internationally. I forget what it's officially called, but it works.

Doesn’t PayPal charge fees unless it’s a domestic transfer in domestic currency?
