Eh, decent offerings. Haven't played Witcher 3 yet so the complete edition for $30 doesn't feel too bad.

Yeah, that makes sense. I feel like it should be bargain bin, $9.99 at this point considering it's half a decade old but well, what're you gonna do.

There's a Forza Horizon 4 Digital Code for 29.99, which looks pretty good. Does anyone know if I can buy this and redeem on my PC, since I don't have a Xbox One?

EB has nothing to do with the terms of the sale. For whatever reason Microsoft seems to make the conditions of getting something at a discount ONLY available if you're purchasing a console a majority of the time. I'm honestly surprised the controllers are even being sold at $15 off standalone.
Best Buy, unsurprisingly, has the exact same offer.

Anyways, outside of a couple things the game selection is (unsurprisingly) not great, because heaven forbid we actually get access to sales the US doesn't despite the fact the US gets sales we don't all the time (especially on digital games).
I do see The Witcher 3 on Switch comes up as a result under the "More Offers" in the Switch category, so that's something to keep an eye on.
Borderlands 3 for $9.99 is solid if you don't own it, especially because it's got a free PS5/XSX upgrade.

Absolutely nothing for me in this flyer but I consider that a good thing. Thanks EB Games.
As for others Borderlands at $9.99 and the PlayStation Hits titles at $9.99 would be a good buy. Also the controllers at $59.99 is another good deal too.

Just FYI, the same FH4 digital download was $24.99 at Best Buy on Black Friday.
And yes, if the code says "for Windows 10 and Xbox One" then you can redeem it on PC.

Probably curbside. They changed the way their "Collect in Store" works on the website earlier in the pandemic and now you actually have to pay for the items rather than it just being a glorified hold system.

Controllers for $59.99 are a good price. Borderlands 3 for $9.99 yet another good deal. PS4 Playstation Hits titles for $9.99 are also a good deal.
