For me it's YMMV since it's not available for delivery. I checked a handful in GVR and couldn't find stock.

Side note, what's the warranty on refurb consoles from EB?

I would not risk a refurbished unit this early.

Anything returned at this point instead of just sold on the 2nd hand market must have a serious issue.

Refurbished by the manufacturer? In this time frame that is not likely. More likely customer returns they have barely checked and trying to resell
