EB Games online - Return Policy

I am planning to purchase a recycled PS Vita. What is the return policy here?
In case I want to return because the vita is defective or not in good condition since its recycled.

I did check it before! Let me rephrase!
It's not very clear. Whether I can return an opened recycled console. It sort of says ymmv in their site.
So I wanted to check individual experiences before ordering it!
Since its recycled, I wanted to be sure it's in good state.

I think it depends on store. I asked before purchasing a used wii u. They said if it's open no returns. If it's defective they will exchange

EB Games has some convoluted policies. I find some of their return/exchange/trade-in/satisfaction guarantee policies vary by store or employee.

Thanks! Then I wouldn't buy a recycled device and then have the possibility of dealing with any issues later!
