ebay.ca accounts don't qualify for cashback anymore. You're confusing ebay.com with ebay.ca... unless you guys somehow are getting cashback with your ebay.ca account then I'd love to know how you guys are doing this. o.o

Also, are you shipping to a Canadian address with your ebay.com account? I presumed you couldn't since the inception of ebay.ca. It would be far more appealing to use your ebay.com to make transactions if you could due to cashback rewards.

I got the cashback summary email too. At certain points last year they had limited time cashback promotions. The one that I was most aware of was for a few weeks during the month of December where I think you received 5% of your cashback for purchases made with Paypal. And yes, it included purchases made from ebay.ca.

Only got the "take a look at your 2013 PayPal activity" email. Haven't got any promotion email for about half a year.

Sorry for not being clear. It is coming from PayPal, but since it can only be used at eBay, in my mind it might have very well just come from eBay.

I took advantage of the offer and got only 1% cash back.

I e-mailed customer support and they confirmed their error with the promise to refund the 9% they owe me. (Haven't seen the refund in my account yet though and it's been more than 4 days).

So, to all who have taken the offer, check to make sure that the discount amount that you received is indeed 10% and contact PayPal if it is not.
