I ordered these last time there was a deal, cards had issues every time at various locations and failed multiple transactions. Just my experience.

Be careful with KFC/Taco Bell gift cards. I have had a lot of problems using them last time I got this promotion. Had to call Tacobell head office multiple times and eventually got a refund.

Could you please elaborate? What was/were the issue(s)?

The store machines had problems using them. It wouldn't work and it would ask for some sort of security code.

They are legit. Bought from them a few times before. Last time I bought this gift card I used at KFC and Taco Bell without problem.

Per the seller's fine print:
Gift cards are shipped inactive and must be activated before use. Upon receipt of your gift card order please visit https://ebay.giftcardactivate.com to activate your cards.
And from discussion in the Various Retailers - Gift Card Deals And Discounts thread:
Activation requires 3 things: (1) your last name, (2) the last 6 numbers from the scratch-off PIN, and (3) the phone number assigned to your eBay's shipping address.
