[eBay.ca] Brand new LG V20 $330 shipped

Many Chinese sellers are selling new V20 for $330 shipped

Considering $375+tax at Newegg a little bit back was considered such a hot deal, I figured I'd pass this along.

I'm in for one. This still my favorite phone out there.

Wouldn't you have to pay import charges/taxes?

You might have to pay taxes at Canada post.... It is very hit or miss. I've never been charged for a single thing ordered from China though

I have a Samsung S7 edge. What would I gain/lose by going to LG V20?

You would gain a bigger screen, hifi quad dac, wide angle camera, superior OS, second screen, removable battery

You would lose the Amoled display.

Outside of the screen, I'd say everything is superior on the V20. Plus you can sell your edge for an easy $350-400

I've never been charged for importing... But I'd imagine it is just HST that you'd be charged.

I'm one of the few people that had a bootloop on a V20. It is essentially a non issue on anything after the g4/v10

Id say that's not a huge difference. I'd keep the S7 and upgrade to smg even better later on.

the lg v20 wouldn't be an upgrade. Both flagships in that generation. Might be a sidegrade/downgrade in general.

We have two G5s, a G6, and V20 in my family. Zero bootloops.

One part I am confused about is, if it's coming from China, why is the version H910? I thought that version was for US AT&T?
If I remember correctly, China and Hong Kong have some different version.

Also, if I have any problem with the phone, I am screwed right? Only solution is probably shipping it back to China.

Would this work for 4G on the Canadian networks?

For example, the ad says it does 4G on the 2600 frequency but Rogers only supports 4G on 2300 according to Wikipedia.

Am I misinterpreting the numbers?
