Anyone know if this is a dual voltage design? Can’t seem to find this Info anywhere.

I thought you were asking in the hp server thread and got confused. Face With Tears Of Joy Face With Tears Of Joy Face With Tears Of Joy
It's a pretty international brand would be surprised if it was 120 only

I think the machine itself uses 240 but they added a converter on the end to make it work over here. This is only my observation as the UK models don't have the power brick at the end and are instead a straight wire to the machine. Pretty lame design, they could have at least changed the internals.

Was doing some reading and no, models cannot be used internationally.

Edit: across different voltages I mean.

I’d rather get 20x points at shoppers for almost the same (net) cost for a non-refurbished product.

$682.50 vs $420 out of pocket for the basic model (AB Tax). Less $192 back in points. Refurbished is still a good deal.

If one can wait (and has the points), a redemption event would be a great time to buy from SDM.

PC Insider members always have 20x 20% points on Beauty Boutique, so no need to find the rare double offers. Just redemption event is sufficient.

Oh interesting, there's a version with a hair dryer attachment? Darn, if I had known that I'd have bought that rather than the standalone hairdryer. My wife loves it and I'm sure she'd like this curler/styler.

If you are mainly buying for air dryer functionality, the attachment is a bit wider than the actually dryer causing wind being less concentrated. I wish they come with narrower attachment as it is not as effective as the dryer for drying your hair but still stronger than any conventional dryers.

The wife loves it and sometimes people tells her they like the hair dresser she goes to even though it’s just the air wrap. Honestly it’s a tad expensive but still cheaper than regular visits to the hair salon...
