How come the V7B is cheaper than the V6B? What are the difference? I was under the impression that V7 was better.

Waiting for a good deal on a V10 absolute. Wish I would have got one around the holiday season. Ended up getting the supersonic hairdryer for my wife instead, but I wish I bought both.

I am looking for an upgrade. Dyson should have included v10 in this promo.

V8 has the battery issue and even with warranty the battery is never in stock and dyson gives you the run around. Worth it to wait for a decent sale on the v10.

Prince Edward County…
We love our V7, but if and when it dies we’ll buy a Shark, or another more durable cordless. Now that Consumer Reports has posted their data on failure rates, Dyson has work to do. Even though they are great to use.

A bargain that breaks is no bargain.

If I live in a place with hardwood only I should wait for the V8H to go on sale again right? Or is there a better option where maybe I should buy the head separately?

From the dyson part store the soft roller for the v8 is $149cad and the v10 soft roller is slightly different with it's slats, letting you suck up bigger pieces

So then I guess with V8Hs on asle at $330 sometimes with the soft roller (only $50 or so more) makes sense to wait then..

Thanks broski
