Thanks for this. EBay has a current issue with messages not going to members about their promotions. If you get this offer, might be worth while to save a screenshot in case you need to fight with them over the offer.

Myself as well, but to be completely honest, it's been well over a year and they're drifting more to bonus bucks. On the bright side, they are doing the bucks promo more frequently. Standard eBay commission is around 10%, so even at 10% bucks there isn't much meat left on the bone for them.

The best thing we can do is jump on the 8-10% offers then save our bigger purchases (where possible) for when the bucks certificates get released.

Yea I have a semi big-ticket item ive been keeping my eye on at Ebay for some time now. I was hoping the 15% or 20% would pop up sometime soon before I pulled the trigger.

I have been getting 8 to 10% eBay bucks offers quite a lot, with most of them unadvertised. I would say once per week for the last month or so. I just check my eBay app to see if I get one.
Also, I use eBay app quite frequently to buy phone accessories from China. So check your app often. You never know when there is a surprise offer.
