It's very very unlikely that it'll ever arrive; but still worth a shot.
Seller has some feedback as a seller, and the description is most likely taken from some other listing.
I ordered two, worse comes the worst I'll get my money back from eBay.

Hacked seller, age old "too good to be true" - many risks involved here:

  1. Person who hacked account gets your full name, shipping address, billing address, confirmed phone #, email, etc - they know they won't get to keep your money but all that info is valuable
  2. Money will be tied up for awhile, you will eventually "get it back" but think of the reminders/time spent doing so
  3. If they're a keener, they generate a fake shipping number and require several phone calls back/forth with eBay and PayPal to resolve
