What are the dimensions? I need something that will fit the desk and not hit the monitor base.
I can't seem to find that anywhere.

The manufacturer's part number is: GXH0W29068
Thus from Lenovo's website for the product we can find that the dimensions are (L*W*H): 900 * 300 * 3 mm ( 31.5* 11.8 * 0.12 inches).
