Sounds more used than refurb; good price though.

First I've heard of these. Any place you'd suggest for browsing/buying one of these that would work in Canada?

Way to compare a phone twice the price. This is what's wrong with this site.

huawei ranked 3rd and xiaomi ranked 4th in the world at 2015 Q2 , but they're not willing to sell high-end phones in N.America, mostly due to copyright and national security concerns.

I really enjoyed my time with this phone, it was one of the best experiences I have had on Android during its time as a flagship.

For a 100US, if you need a phone, this is perfect for you, Sense UI is the best UI currently available across all platforms imo.

I love the M7. I'm still finding it hard to retire over a Nexus 6, but I can't seem to pull the trigger on the white 64 GB version. Maybe if it was around $500 I would.

You also need to take into account that Huawei has carrier support / distribution, which is why they can hold third spot in overall market penetration. All other brands (aside from LG) under the top three have to rely on their own supply chains for distribution.

Id say hold off on the Xiaomi Note 4G for the time being until I receive my unit and post a review (********-xiaomi-redmi-note-4g-64bit-qua ... n-1775583/) There has been discussion regarding concerns that it does not have 850mhz band support which might affect its reception, depending on your local coverage and carrier.

Based on will my phone work- http://www.willmyphonework.net/ it seems like this doesn't support much as far as 3g and pretty much no LTE in Canada.

Model number according to Ebay ad is HTC6500LVW. I'd stay away from this one.
