[eBay.com] Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 40mm GPS + WiFi + Bluetooth - Refurb "Very Good" - $88.66 USD (~119 CAD)

Code PRESDAY20 brings total inclusive of shipping down to $88.66 USD (~119 CAD)
*DUTY is not included upfront.*

I believe this code only works on ebay.COM - it's part of the US site's presidents day sale. The code is valid on other select items for those who are interested.

I am using Samsung S23 as my daily driver, would this be an "upgrade" from an Apple Watch S6 since I don't use iPhone?

Do these still have an issue with water?
I had an Samsung Active watch 2, and the screen became unresponsive after I took it for a swim. After some googling, I found out it was a usual thing with those.
Other than that, it was a great watch.

No idea if it's been "fixed" but it does have swimming tracking...

With that said, I'm not going to risk it anyways

And 46mm classic https://www.ebay.ca/itm/403444044050?mk ... media=COPY

No details on warranty, so pass for me.
There's "backed by a one year warranty" in the description.

I want to upgrade from my Galaxy Watch but might just wait if there are good offers for the Galaxy Watch 6 release.

I just got the S23+ so I'm feeling this is a great year from Samsung.

I bought my LTE version for $200 when it first came out from a guy on kijiji, the battery life sucks, the blood pressure is a gimmick, you have to calibrate it every week to use it, and the calibration process is so long and not worth it at all so you basically can kiss that feature goodbye.

The heart rate monitor doesn't work on continuous mode, only when you go to the health app settings and reset it, you'd have to use it on manual all the time.

Freezing, crashing, resetarting watch once every two days because of it.

Buy a fitbit its much better, trust me i used both.

I wasn't able to get the coupon code to work.

Did it work for anyone else? Tried via ebay.com and even used the american shipping address.

Looks like the coupon only works on the 40mm. Tried the larger sizes and they did not work as well.

Watch 4 classic is where it's at! Prefer that over the new 5.

Except my watch 4 bricked last fall due to the new firmware update. (Lots of people had this happen to them)

Had to get it repaired thru Samsung and they ended up swapping the whole mobo out for a new one

I have the 44mm non-lte version for over a year now. The BP has to be calibrated monthly, not weekly, and it fairly accurate.

Love this watch. Only complaint is battery life but get a full day of use, including workout tracking.

How was your battery life? Was it the 42 or 46mm?

If coming from a S6 to a GW4, it will feel like a major downgrade. I toggle between the Android/Samsung and Apple ecosystem often (I love tech) and the GW4 feels closer to an AW3 in performance. The GW series still has a long way to go before it catches up. the GW5 is of course a better experience if you can find it on sale and is more comparable to AW4-5 in every day performance.

I get 2 full days with my 44mm watch5 even with active heart rate monitoring. Great watch but specs are about the same as watch4.
