Minimum trade in value of 3$ games. So minimum 24/40/61$ + tax if you choose to put towards a pre order.

lol I honestly thought that one would make the cut because it's still $29.99 new, $24.99 Play'd.

I wonder if it'll change by Thursday. According to their store inventory tracker they barely have any used copies (I think may 10 stores max have a copy), so you'd think they'd want some, and even with this promo if they just flip it to $3 the most they'd have to give out per copy is like $8.72.

Lmao, these trade-in values don't even make sense. The website says that they give you $5 for the Kingdom Hearts All-In-One Package (which comes with The Story So Far and the third game), when you can just trade in both games individually for $8 and $2.

I went in-store today and the store was a complete mess. They had two games out on their shelves that weren't even in stock.

If I have Switch games to trade, I prefer selling them on ebay. Comparable amount of effort (Bringing them to store Vs putting games into envelop + mailbox)

At least we get a fair selling price (even with the fees), and the shipping cost is very minimum (Dollarama yellow envelop + pen ink + tapes and 1 stamp).

People that trade in games to Ebgames often, trade in 'useless/garbage' games, like ones for example that has became free on PSN. All you need to qualify is a game that trades in for $3. I got rid of a bunch of games and net $160 in trade in on games that are "free on psn collection/psn plus". Better than it sitting and occupying space.

You obviously don't trade in games that are high value, or low in TIV at ebgames when you can privately sell for more. Switch games especially first party aren't worth trading in as they always retain value and can sell privately for more as well.

Good promo. Surprised this wasn’t discussed much. Last day but employees said they may bring it back next week or the week after.

I traded a bunch of old sports games (some recent ones) and other garbage games that I paid no more than $10 for. All games were less than $10 TIV which is the best use for this. Traded a total of 21 games and averaged around $12.50 to $15 after the bump. Got a total of $300ish and put it towards the Switch OLED.
