Dude, there is probably an issue on your side because no one is getting the issue. I even tryed right now and it’s working perfectly so before blaming the company itself provide your postal code to see if there is really an issue with everyone using your postal code.
I had the same issue where the order page was blank. Started the process again and it went fine.

3 people in this thread including myself already confirmed having this issue
It's definitely their site
I did 3 registrations yesterday for myself and 2 coworkers on different systems, no problem at all.

Installation is free.
However, there are $20 Residential Dryloop Activation and $20 Outside inventory DSL modem fees.

Strange, when I signed up they only charged the $20 outside DSL modem fee.

The $9.95/m Dryloop fee looks to be waived too, anybody know if that is only for 12 months or is that permanent?

Just be aware EBOX.
I signed up on Saturday and had to cancel on Sunday because of the very bad customer service. You have to wait 7 days to get installation. If you want to reschedule you have to wait another 7 days.

This is not an issue with Ebox, it's an issue with the main company. When you register with Ebox and schedule an installation. They need to send that to the main company (Bell, Rogers, Videotron, etc.) so a technician can come and proceed with the install. This company require a minimum of 7 days to schedule an installation.

Of course they are doing whatever they can to slow down the installation process and still follow the CRTC rules. They know that customer like you, will come back to them if the installation process is too slow. This is shady and CRTC should do something about that but for now, this is how it works.

P.S. If someone still wants to join a group registration with Ebox and save a 2$/month, PM your infos as quick as possible, all 4 people of the group have already registered but I confirmed with Ebox that there is still time to be part of this group

Thanks,

Vincent
