[Edm] Go Auto $50.00 gift card

Is this safe?

Gift card to what? Go Auto? $50 off a car doesn't go very far...

I texted them. They offered gift card but I mentioned I am in Ontario. They said the gift card is for local restaurant(s) in Edmonton area.

Test drove a truck, salesman "didn't have one on him". I expected it was too good to be true. Did you actually get one here in Edmonton? (gift card)

Bumping an old thread... I am in the market for a new vehicle. Went to three go auto dealerships to teat drive their vehicles and every salesman offwred the GC. So i now have $150 worth of GC.
