Is this a reputable store and is it really 100% brand new sealed model or perhaps open box units?

It's a small store, but they're legit. I picked up a few TVs and some audio equipment over the years, and no complaints. The staff are also super chill, and you may find yourself hanging around and chatting
When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

Sometimes small shops have such low margins cuz they hold no inventory. If haggle and agree to a price and pay, they just call the distributor to have unit ready for pickup
