I live in Markham, ON. This Hi Fi store is in Montreal, QC.
I was looking for branded wired earplugs with mic.
I have a pair by Panasonic ergofit without the mic. I love the sound rendition out of it.
Thus I am searching for Panasonic ergofit products and come across this one.
It is the cheapest price so far I can find. A hifi store in Montreal gives me more confident that it is a genuine product.
I do not like a blue tooth pair. This wired product is my preference.
Also the ergofit product is the only design such that both ear pieces never drop off from my ears.
I am merely sharing here for those who are interested.
No point to doubt my motive.
YMMV.

It’s posts like these that make me wish we could still downvote.

This product is only available since 2018-10-22.
Panasonic must have done market research to asscertain there is certain demand of such a product.
Not all consumers are at the forefront of every generation of technology cycle, for countless reasons.

Too bad usb c ones aren't that cheap. They Killed the headphone jack on my Samsung note 10+. I can never find or track my headsets Ie airpods etc. Prefer to have a whack of these and leave them everywhere lol. Call quality can be better on wireless ones though as the mic isn't moving around

I love these ear phones. Mainly for the fit. I still use them from time to time. You can actually buy the white ones for 13.99 on amazon right now. I think blue is 12.99

Edit. The ones I saw don't have a mic. Sorry

This is exactly my reason to use wired earplugs. I can have half a dozen of these placed everywhere. They are so cheap that disposing them does not bother me at all. Airpods are close to $200 a pair. What about a piece comes off inadvertantly from my ear and I do not notice such loss immediately? My half dozen of wired earplugs are just over 50% of the cost of a pair of Airpods. Admittedly, there are cheaper verison of bluetooth earplugs. But these are not as cheap and thus disposable without pain as the wired ones.

I have these and if you just need them for music they are great for under $12.00 (white). Different colours, different prices. No mic but I didn't want one so works for me.Your text to link here...

This is BS. This review is from 2015: https://www.reviewed.com/headphones/con ... 125-review
And this review was linked from the Panasonic official site: https://shop.panasonic.com/audio-and-vi ... CM125.html
EDIT: LOL! Even the reviews you linked in your OP (one being the same as above) are from 2017 and 2015.
The earliest review I found online for these is from 2013.
I mean the headphones are good, I want to buy them now because of the mic. Too bad the black ones are out of stock.
The Canadian MSRP is $30: https://shop.panasonic.ca/products/head ... cd&lang=en

"Integrated mic and remote for iPhone™, Android and Blackberry"
Also $19.99 is a regular price as mentioned on the Panasonic site.
That was US$19.99

According to Panasonic Canada, the regular price is $29.99

If those devices could even last that long. My Sony Clie couldn't hold charge after 2 years.

It's probably their marketing department being lazy, copy and pasting from older model of this ear bud.

Anyways, $19.99 isn't that great of a deal with inline mic. It's regular price and you could even find these at Dollarama for $4

I saw Dollarama selling Panasonic ergofit earplugs without mic for $4. But never find Panasonic ergofit earplugs with mic at this low price in a Dollarama. But I can testify that Panasonic ergofit earplugs have one of the best audio rendition amongst those selling under $15 a pair, regardless with or without mic.

I never find any earplugs that stay in my ears except Panasonic ergofit.
Thus this line of product is my only choice.
All other brands would come off my ears one way or the other.
Needless to say they come off my ears at the most awkward moment, such as when both of my hands are carrying grocery shoppings and I am walking on a zebra crossing. ;)
