Enbridge Gas Billing - No Invoices for 2 Months ... saying "System Issues"
Normally I would receive an email from Enbridge monthly around the 18th of each month with the invoice attached.
It's been 2 months and nothing since January 18 2022.
I called them up last month and they said they had system issues and couldn't generate anything.
They said as long as your account says "Your account is up to date and no payment is required at this time." and it's all good ... indicating that the next invoice will be comprised of TWO bills.
Just logged into my account and still nothing.
Anybody else having the same problem of no bills for 2 months??
UPDATE: Just called them again ... Enbridge said that they are experiencing delays in billing due to system issues ... advised that I may receive one bill with 3 invoices as they have absolutely no idea what the timeline is to have this system issue rectified.
