I am running the game on a 14 years old PC with a few mods on, so I'm pretty sure your PC should be fine if it's any newer than mine

I can't speak for Mac, but the game is pretty savvy on resources - especially while you only got a small city. I started playing on a PC from 2009 without issues (though I always had a lot of RAM, which is mainly what the game needs, but if you got 8 GB you should be good). It's also streaming via Geforce NOW in case you really don't have any own device to run it
