ergoCentric is offering their air centric 2 office chair for next day shipping with their home office program. The chair comes with a 12 year warranty and adjustable tilt and lumbar support.

You can customize the size of the seat pan based on your height and leg length. The manufacturing is based out of Mississauga. If you live in the area you can also do curbside pickup and skip the shipping charge.

Might be a good alternative to gaming / Staples chairs for those in need of a new chair. Retails at $700, but has been discounted for the home use program.

Can vouch for these chairs. I've had mine for almost 5 years and no issues. Their customer service is excellent. I believe they assemble somewhere around peel region.

No they're not as pretty as herman Miller, but functionality is fantastic. They sell a ton of chairs to hospitals and the public sector, all with great reviews. Great bang for your buck.

This is an excellent price point for an ergonomic chair. It has many customizable features. Also AirCentric is a Canadian company based out of Ontario.

My office ordered me this chair after completing an ergonomic assessment and I actually ended up ordering one for myself last month since we will be working from home for a long time. My coworker also ordered one last month and paid over 1k. I got the chair at around 600$ with a friend’s discount.

The cushion is comfortable and I splurged for the air lumbar pump and swivel arms. When I did my ergonomic assessment they measured my legs to ensure I have the right size seat pan. I see in the link you can also order a small or tall seat pan depending on your height. This is something I’d highly recommend looking into, I am 5’3 and I ordered the small seat pan, regular office chairs are too big for my legs and after sitting in them for too long it can cause back pain.

My bf has the Herman Miller embody and personally prefers it over my chair, but then again his chair cost over 1k.

Thanks for sharing OP but unless I'm missing something it's a regular price isn't it?

Ergocentrics are great chairs, at least the one my work bought me. Recommended.

I was quoted $720+tax for this chair fully loaded back in March before manufacturers started offering discounts. $495 for op's less featured model is reduced but not by a huge amount. Your coworker paid too much. There's huge margins in office furniture so prices are all over the place.

Thanks OP. Worth paying the extra $55 for the swivel rest?

Couple of years ago kept hearing ads on the radio for this all the time....and there were billboards driving to work everywhere.

Not sure how good these chairs are. Where are they made? The 12 year warranty seems good. They don't look "designer" like the high end brands.

If I needed a new chair, I would have gone for a leap chair for the $700 deal, I had one at work and it was comfy.

My coworker mentioned he got some custom upholstery done but you’re right he might have overpaid... but so do people who buy Herman millers at only 15% off the retail price.

It is Surprisingly comfortable for how ugly it I. I have used it at work. In any case my corporation uses these chairs and we are able to get a teleworking discount so it comes to 377+tax for us. So check with your corporate overlords...

I have an Ergocentric chair at work and it's great. I like it just as much as Herman Millers.
