Def YMMV when it comes to PC/Loblaws family because of personal spending habits. I do have this offer but I don't get what I'd consider the "better" offers.

It does seem that way. It's has gotten way worse lately with people posting their PERSONALIZED offers. This week seems to be particularly bad.
