[Esso] spend $20 on gas get 3K PC points [YMMV]

my pc point app shows that " spend $20 on gas get 3K pc points", ends next Wednesday, not sure is YMMV or not.
I think it's nice to get it when passing by an Esso gas station.

sorry to hear that.
I seldom have YMMV good deals from PC, that's why I thought it's a deal many got.

Do you have to open the app or "Add to Shopping List" before filling up? I just filled up and lunch and opened the app now and saw the offer...

I have 3k for $20 in one account. (YMMV) PCF MC also has 5k for 30L, up to 4 times (exp. March 18th).

Def YMMV when it comes to PC/Loblaws family because of personal spending habits. I do have this offer but I don't get what I'd consider the "better" offers.

Thumbs up OP.

in the past, I never "add to shopping list", but I paid at the cashier, so they could scan my barcode and I can see the points on the receipt.
check with your app, it might be there already. if not, I think you can contact PCpoints by app or call them, they probably will add the points to your account, in my experience, they are quite nice.

Same offer here. So that's 10L of premium gas for me so not hot, but better than nothing.

Will we get daily posts on whatever offer someone receives in their PCO app?

This is $3 off $20 gas, comes out to a 15% discount.

I’m going to get 20,000 points if I spend $60 starting tomorrow, which is almost 30% off after taxes. Should I create a post about that as well in case someone else gets it?

It does seem that way. It's has gotten way worse lately with people posting their PERSONALIZED offers. This week seems to be particularly bad. It seems people just want to post a hot deal, even if they're one of the few to get it.

I'm ready to post all my PC Optimum offers with YMMV, because that's the cop out used by those posting.

I had offers for 2000 points on $20 gas, as I often do, but I don't buy much gas. And the 3000 points on $20 offer. I bought $20 in gas and got 5000 bonus points! I also realized after seeing this thread that I had the PCMC 5k offer too lol, doh. But I've been using giftcards from the UGO offer anyway, and 30L would be like $50 now. That and the 5 cent discount card helps ease it a tiny bit.

You don't have to add it to list, but you do need to open your app to load your offers.
