ETF or MF Mirroring High Interest Savings Account?

Are there any options that offer guaranteed/near guaranteed modest monthly growth, similar to high interest savings account, that are available on discount brokerages?

Obviously not a real investing idea, but I always wondered if I wanted to not trade/invest for a few months, are there any alternatives to just parking the money at 0% or going through the hassle of withdrawing into a savings account?

Anything out there?

Iqaluit, NU
Also CSAV as well.

With the fees involved as @IrwinW has mentioned, the mutual fund/money marker versions while generally lower interest, have more zero commissions at more brokerages so may be better. Hard to list them all as not all brokerages offer all of them (particularily big 6 bank brokerages).

eg. This webpage is imcomplete but has a few

I know there are others such as HOM100, HOB100 etc.
