I read a few paragraphs of the link, so it's officially licensed games and uses cartridges, and has Capcom classics pre-loaded. What else is special about it? Is it much higher quality and overall better than all those other handheld emulator devices?

I think it's a nice handheld. It's not too big or too small. Really like the fact that it supports vertical screen for 1942 and 1943.
