Evicting a Tenant

Hello to all the Landlords. I see how the LTB is messed up and more inclined towards Tenants.

So what is the time line like to get a hearing date to evict a tenant once you file an application? My tenant has deliberately stopped paying rent and has brought 4 extra people to live with him which is violation of lease. Any help will be deeply appreciated.

Would N4 would be easier route to get rid of him or filing some other N* since more people are living in unit than the agreed lease would be a better way? Please help.

You can’t stop him from having other people live in there, no matter what your lease says. So focus on the non-payment of rent.

What is the timeline like to get a hearing date from LTB? Is it still 6-10 months or is it faster now?

It took us 10 months for a hearing to be scheduled.
