Can go from GCR, get 3% back. Note, for me GCR to me to Expedia.com for this offer. Ebates goes to Expedia.ca, which the offer doesn't apply.

Hmm. That doesn't look right. I got the email from GCR, and clicked on the link from there. Let me check into that further.

Update: The coupon code doesn't work in Expedia.ca, or ExpediaforTD. It does work in Expedia.com (which is in US $ amount). I have bought stuff in Expedia.com before and there was never any problem with the purchases, the vendor doesn't care that I was not a US resident, although I cannot guarantee that for future purchases.

For buying in "Things to do" category, you get a voucher for the excursion/activity (e.g. tour, luau, meal, etc.), the vendors typically only checks that the voucher is valid, and doesn't care who bought/paid it, but consider this as YMMV.

Last time I used this offer, they restricted it to one per credit card even with a different account.

Tried using expedia.ca and did not work. Tried the same activity from expedia.com, worked.

Yes that's right. This offer is more restrictive. Can go from GCR (which is how I found out, from GCR's email to me), which takes to Expedia.com, to get 3% back.

Would I still get the Ebates if I go to Expedia.ca then go to the Expedia.com site from there?

Last one, $50 off $125 spend offer, was available on both .ca as well as .com. May be this offer will come to .ca as well in sometime, there is still a long time before expiry. In any case I don't think not applicable to .ca makes any difference as activity can be bought anywhere and afterwards you directly deal with the activity provider.
