Exterior cleaning products

Hey guys. Just bought my first car. It’s a red Jaguar F-Type convertible.

I’ve often seen thread on rfd about specific microfiber clothes and exterior sprays they swear by. Does anyone have any recommendations on which products to use to keep her clean.

The way I drive her right now she attacks a lot of dust on the exterior, there’s tons on the rims from brake debris, and also a ton of black build up on the rear exhaust.

Thanks in advance!

One of your best resources is the people over at Auto Obsessed. They sell all the products the demonstrate in their videos. Their customer support is also good - so if you have any questions email them and you'll get an answer.

Not only will you see some great products, you'll also see some good methods to use to keep the car clean.

I use the following:
Towels: Only The Rag Company
Soap: Chemical Guys Mr. Pink
Sealant: Jescar Powerlock+
Wax: Collinite 845 (awesome stuff)
Quick Detailer: CarPro ECH2O
Wheels: Chemical Guys Diablo (washing), CarPro Hydro2 Lite (sealing)
Glass: CarPro Eraser

I can't think of anything else.

Make sure you use the "two bucket" method and get a decent pressure washer/foam cannon.
