The title of this post is alarming and misleading.

I would say that Pakistan has a problem with it's pilot licensing system. Not a worldwide issue.
The most successful people are successful because they do not care about others’ opinions about them.

India has historically had a problem with this as well.

Worldwide there has been a handful of incidents outside of Pakistan and India, but they've literally been one offs here and there. It's only India and Pakistan that have historically had huge numbers and issues.

In Pakistan, I always thought that ex military pilots transferred to the commercial pilot side. Probably same thing for India.

I never fly airlines from certain parts of the world as I'm not sure of the quality of maintenance and crew. The maintenance issue has sometimes affected Western airlines as well, but these are rare vs. chronic.

I would fly many Western airline with the possible exception of Air France.
Most Middle Eastern airlines
Qantas
Singapore,
Cathay Pacific
Japanese airlines
