AGF is a Unity based game development tool for creating levels/maps in games. The bundle includes:
AGF is no longer supported and there are bugs. But there's probably enough there for kids to experiment with and create a neat group project with their friends.
If you do develop seriously in Unity, you can at least use the set of assets in the DLC as noted here:

At worst, for $1 plus change you get 4 games (no idea if they're any good).
