Mic quality is decent no problem for Microsoft Team calls. It is also super lightweight so that I have no problems wearing it all day. I only have a minor complaint which is the mediocre audio quality for anything beside voice chat. The high-lows are not great and barely matches a typical $30 headset, but again this is not intended for listening to music.
